I reached out to Janecky recently to diagnose a low water pressure issue. Andrew was very informative over the phone and helped me diagnose the issue. He was patient answering my questions. I also had to reschedule a few times and he stayed professional throughout. Even though they did not come out to perform a service, I wanted to share the positive customer service experience I had. I will certainly consider them in the future.

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone. I’m very pleased. Thank you!

I've been using Janecky for over 2 decades. Most recently they installed a cast iron tub, facuet and drain system, pulled all the proper permits, passed everything without issue. They are really good at what they do. Show up as scheduled, stand by their work, using legitimate licensed plumbers whom they treat really well. Janecky Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! Dave was so helpful and knowledgeable when we added a bathroom to my daughter and son in laws house. We never could have finished this project without them. I have used Janecky plumbing for several projects and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They do great work are respectful and clean. I recently had a neighbor call with an AC emergency on a 100 degree day. They called me for a referral. I texted Janecky for them and they came out and within hours of me calling. Most AC companies would have said your unit is too old and try to sell a new one. But they fixed the problem. They have compassion and the knowledge to to do what was right. Thanks Dave!

We had the unfortunate experience of a kitchen plumbing leak this past winter. Luckily, Andrew with Janecky Plumbing was able to quickly repair our leaking valves and replace the needed faucet. He is always professional, timely and does quality work. We will rely on Janecky in the future for all of our plumbing needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Efficient and professional. I highly recommend Janecky. In 2008 they resolved a plumbing problem within 20 minutes of being onsite - a problem another local plumber could not fix despite making 4 failed attempts. Just used Janecky again (Oct 2016) for a new water heater with install, another great customer service experience. Use them, you will be impressed!
